"Over the past few years, processes in M&A were, to a large degree, standardized and information about them is manifold. However, finding the right buyer, getting the best price or closing a deal in a reasonable timeframe requires good access to the appropriate investors, good business judgement in designing the divestiture process and in-depth experience in executing it successfully."
Winfried enjoys doing deals as much as teaching students at the business school of the University of St. Gallen. He is also an active member in various academic and professional organizations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland trying to develop business standards. Besides business, he loves the Alps and is an enthusiast skier in nearby Davos where you can also meet him trying to improve his golf.
