Pat Finn, VERCOR Managing Director brings a solid business background to Vercor. Pat was President of a successful NYSE manufacturing subsidiary at the age of 26. Pat was schooled in the art of buying and selling businesses under the tutelage of this NYSE Company.
Possessing an entrepreneurial mindset, he departed the safe harbour of the large corporation returning to his hometown and a family distribution business. During this time, the company received many national awards including National Distributor of the Year from the Tappan Appliance Group. His passion for consummating the optimum deal drove him to sell the distribution company and focus exclusively on selling and valuing businesses. Pat has worked with numerous companies on profit enhancement and positioning companies to maximize their value for the long term.
Pat is an accomplished speaker on topics related to Buying, Valuing and Selling businesses. He has over 20 years of experience representing middle market sale of businesses and has consummated sales over a variety of states and industries during this period. Nationally, industry peers elected Pat to the national board of the largest trade organization representing people and firms dealing exclusively with business brokerage and mergers and acquisitions. He was twice honoured as the Chairman’s Choice for the M & A Source, a national M & A trade association for middle market transactions. He is a past president of the Wichita Independent Business Association (WIBA), a 900-member trade association representing Wichita business members. He is a past member of the Associate Board of Kansas Newman College. Pat also started and chaired the Advisory Board of a local high school.

Pat has a BS in Business Administration from Rockhurst College with an emphasis in Marketing and an MBA from Wichita State University with an emphasis in finance.
